I've started this blog to somewhat keep myself accountable in regards to what I eat and show others that you can eat well on a small budget. I was trying to stick to a paleo diet but have found that it is not working for me. I am now finding myself transition to more of a vegetarian diet but am eating some meat in order to keep order in my household and with my family. I guess I am flexitarian (will only eat meat that is the best and as humanely raised as possible). I am no longer craving nor do I feel a need to really consume meat but I'm no saint but I will definitely try my best. I will also show you what I eat, how I exercise and gasp, my weight. I know that I will and have fallen off often, but as long as I get back up I think that's all that matters. Hope y'all can cheer me on!
